ARCCLA / CNCA – LOADING CERTIFICATE
All maritime shipments with final destination an Angolan Port shall be regularized by a Loading Certificate. Generally, called ARCCLA or CNCA.

- Amboim
ARCCLA/CNCA certificate is a necessary document requested by Presidential Decree Nr. 19/94 of 28/01/1994 and each B/L must be accompanied by a Loading Certificate.

- Wait our feedback with draft and invoice
- Check the draft
- Proceed with payment
- Confirm the draft
- Wait the ARCCLA certificate validated

EXCEPTION

- ✔ Used vehicles destinate to Diplomats or to International organizations accredited in Angola
- ✔ Used vehicles for collection or exhibition
- ✔ Used vehicles imported for cultural purposes older than 30 years
- ✔ Used vehicles donated to no profit institutions duly accredited in Angola
- ✔ Used vehicles owned by Angolan citizen resident abroad and back live to Angola
- ✔ Used vehicles or special equipment for public works, maintenance, agricultural and forestry purposes
