All maritime shipments with final destination the Chad shall be regularized a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons. Generally, BESC or BSC.
Ports:
- Douala in transit to Chad
- Lagos in transit to Chad
BESC/BSC certificate is a necessary document requested as from 2013. Each B/L must be accompanied by an Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.

Procedure

- Collect all mandatory documents
- Submit your request on-line or by e-mail
- Wait our feedback with BESC draft, BESC n° and our invoice
- Check the draft of BESC
- Proceed with payment of our invoice
- Confirm the BESC draft and sent the Original B/L
- Wait the BESC certificate validated

BESC must be regularized and validated maximum after 2 weeks from the date of vessel departure.
