BESC/BSC – BORDEREAU ELECTRONIQUE DE SUIVI DES CARGAISON
All maritime shipments with final destination Guinea (Conakry) shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons or Electronic Cargo Tracking Note. Generally, called BESC or ECTN.

BESC/ECTN certificate is a necessary document as from 09/10/2018 requested by Executive Order 2018/10/1/2/2/MT. Each B/L must be accompanied by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons or Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.
