ECTN / BESC – Electronic Cargo Tracking Note
All maritime shipments with final destination Liberia shall be regularized by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note. Generally, called BESC – Bordereau Électronique de Suivi des Cargaisons.

ECTN/BESC certificate is a necessary document requested as from 01/02/2019. Each B/L must be accompanied by an Electronic Cargo Tracking Note.

Procedure

- Collect all mandatory documents
- Submit your request on-line or by e-mail
- Wait our feedback with ECTN draft, ECTN n° and invoice
- Check the draft
- Insert the ECTN n° on B/L description
- Proceed with payment
- Confirm the draft
- Wait the ECTN certificate validated

ECTN must be regularized and validated maximum after 2 weeks from the date of vessel departure.
