BESC/BSC – BORDEREAU ELECTRONIQUE DE SUIVI DES CARGAISON
All maritime shipments with final destination the Rep. of Congo shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons. Generally, called BESC or BSC.

BSC/BESC certificate is a necessary document as from 14/05/2008 requested by Decree
N° 1033/MTMMM-CAB . Each B/L must be accompanied by a Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons.

- Sea Freight invoice if commercial invoice is FOB or – EXW
- Custom Declaration – EXA
- Packing List
Procedure

- Collect all mandatory documents
- Submit your request on-line or by e-mail
- Wait our feedback with BESC n° and our invoice
- Proceed with payment
- Return with dated B/L with BESC n°
- Wait the BESC certificate validated
‼ Attention ‼
BESC must be regularized and validated maximum after 5 days from the date of departure in order to avoid the penalties of 50% of BESC cost.
In case of Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons rejection, there are 48 hours to regularize and present the correct documentation.
