BESC/BSC – BORDEREAU ELECTRONIQUE DE SUIVI DES CARGAISON
All maritime shipments with final destination Togo shall be regularized by a Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaisons. Generally, called BESC or BSC.

BSC/BESC certificate is a necessary document requested by Decree
2001-066 09/03/01 & 007/MTRH/2000 05/09/00. Each B/L must be accompanied by a Bordereau de Suivi des Cargaisons.

- Commercial Invoice
- Sea Freight invoice if commercial invoice is FOB or – EXW
- Custom Declaration – EXA
- Packing List
Procedure

- Collect all mandatory documents
- Submit your request on-line or by e-mail
- Wait our feedback with BESC/BSC draft and our invoice
- Proceed with payment of our invoice
- Confirm your draft
- Wait the BESC n°
- Your file will be on pre-validation status
- Return with dated B/L (OBL or NBL)
- Wait the BESC certificate validated
‼ Attention ‼
The BESC n° will be release after draft confirmation. Your BESC will pass to “pre-validation status”
It is no possible to revised the BESC draft confirmed when it is on pre-validation status.
In order to finalize the BESC it is important to present the Original Bill of Lading or the non-negotiable Bill of Lading
